Band Resisted Pullups

Bands are great way to increase strength and power. We use them for variety of movements. We started experimenting with band resisted pull-up and have been seeing greatΒ  strength improvements.

Here’s a video of Marc using a monster mini band. We used the barbell setup with weight to keep the bar in place.
